“ One of the standout features of this place is the multiple self-order kiosks, which streamline the ordering process and make it incredibly convenient. If you're someone who prefers minimal interaction, these kiosks are perfect, although the staff is also available and ready to assist should you choose to order directly with them. The menu offers a great variety of options, allowing diners to customize their meals extensively. You can add or remove ingredients according to your preference, which is something I personally love--a perfect spot for picky eaters or those with restrictions. Seating is available both inside and outside, accommodating different preferences and making it a suitable choice regardless of the weather. The condiment section is well-stocked and thoughtfully arranged, adding to the overall positive experience. The only downside we encountered during our visit was the seasoning of the food. Unfortunately, most of our orders were overly seasoned with salt and somewhat dry. This was a minor disappointment in an otherwise enjoyable outing. I hope that with feedback, the seasoning can be adjusted to better suit all taste buds. Despite this small hiccup, everything else was amazing, and I would still recommend giving The Flying Yolk a try. The convenience, customization options, and pleasant setting certainly make it worth a visit. ”

“ We've only tried the breakfast burrito and tater tots. The side order of tater tots is large and shareable. I ordered 2 burritos but one would have been enough for the 2 of us. The sauce they include in it is a miss, it's heavy and I don't see it as a breakfast sauce, I'd omit it next time. I'd definitely come back to try more of their menu. ”

“ There is a shopping center around Valencia that serves some pretty good breakfast burrito and this is the spot to be. There is plenty of parking and the entrance is next to a coffee shop. The place is very spacious and feels like one of those diners. You can order on the kiosk or talk to the hostess in the front and the food is easily picked up at the counter. Pretty much everything self service. The breakfast burrito is definitely delicious and I definitely encourage everyone to try this out ”
“ I finally convinced the family to try The Flying Yolk. We came on a Sunday during our drive back from church. It was a bit challenging to find parking because the lot is shared with the mega church across the way. It seemed very busy but found that they provide different ways to order -- at the register, online (scan the QR code) or by kiosk. These methods moved everyone quite efficiently through the ordering process. We found an open kiosk and available table right as we walked in. Ordering was very easy. We noticed that the kiosk appears to provide more menu items. The descriptions and pictures were very helpful in deciding. We ordered the Breakfast Waffle, Gyro Burrito and Lomo Saltado Bowl. Our orders were ready pretty quickly. Everything was fresh and so tasty. Portions were generous. Our daughter loved the croissant waffle. My husband could not get enough of the Flying Yolk sauce. Super friendly staff. They were readily available to answer questions, help customer with ordering and kept the place clean. The family was quite happy with their first experience and apologized for not listening to me sooner about coming here. :) ”
“ Delicious breakfast spot! We came here for Mother's Day breakfast around 9:30 AM, and there was hardly a line and plenty of seating. Ordering at the kiosk was super easy and we were able to find a table outside. I was texted when our food was ready to be picked up indoors. I got the bacon croissant and added tots inside the sandwich -- yum!! My mom got the breakfast burrito and dinner bacon for avocado. You can pick up some hot sauce at the counter with your food which was some of the best hot sauce I've had. All in all, perfect spot for a quick breakfast out. I'd love to come back! ”
